The company has a unique philosophy towards the cultivation of its staff by offering lifestyle solutions which encompass a 1 st class working environment and the empowerment of staff supported by in house and external training. We also form a basis for social interaction by way of sports and social activities and the provision of a free internet café.

Quality

Every one of our staff has a responsibility for quality. Regular training keeps them up to speed on food safety and customer specifications. We encourage our staff to take ownership of every aspect of the packing process, to ensure that fruit leaves our premises exactly as the customer ordered.

As independent audits have verified we know that our staff mean it when they say they are happy in their work environment.
We rarely need to advertise job vacancies as there is always a waiting list of employees’ relatives and friends, ready to join us.
